Salmon Bowl

This vibrant salmon bowl features pan-seared salmon fillet marinated in fresh orange juice and sriracha, served atop a bed of brown rice and baby butter lettuce. Ingredients

  • 1 handful of baby butter lettuce
  • ½ cup cooked brown rice
  • ¼ cup boiled sweet corn
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 salmon fillet, pan-seared (marinated in fresh orange juice, sriracha, and olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons Maazah Lemon Aioli

Directions

Step 1


Start by cooking ½ cup of brown rice according to the package instructions. Set aside once done.

In a small bowl, mix fresh orange juice, a dash of sriracha, and olive oil. Marinate the salmon fillet for 10-15 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the marinated salmon fillet in the skillet, skin side down. Sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from heat and let it rest.
