Mango Chia Seed Puddings

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)
- 2-3 tablespoons Maazah Mango Chutney
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes (toasted, optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (plus more for serving)
Directions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds and coconut water. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the coconut water and create a pudding-like texture.
