Ingredients
- 4 pita breads
- 8 falafel balls (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup tabouli (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pickled red onions
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
Directions
Step 1
Warm the Pita: Lightly warm the pita breads in a dry skillet or wrap them in foil and heat in the oven for a few minutes until soft and pliable.
Step 2
Prepare the Vegetables: Dice the tomato and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Step 3
