Refund Policy

Inventory

To ensure you receive the freshest batch of chutney we ship orders at the beginning of each month. If any items are on backorder, you will be notified immediately via email with options to make any changes to your order. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped in a cold storage bag with a gel freezer pack. Refrigerate your items upon arrival. Please ensure that you will be able to receive your chutney order and refrigerate it immediately upon receipt as we are not liable for any damages that occur due to unattended packages. During times of extreme cold or heat, we reserve the right to hold your order until we can ensure safer shipping conditions

Shipping costs are determined by the destination address of your order and the combined shipping weight of all items in your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. We use Ground Shipping to ship our products to USA and Canada. Regular delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, addresses and US territorial possessions is via USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail, and takes approximately 3 to 10 days.

Refunds

At Maazah, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of receipt for replacement or refund. Any and all refunds are given will be in the form of store credit.

Please e-mail us, using the contact page of our web site, with the following information:  Your name, your order number, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and a description of the product damage or shortage.

Any scratched, blemished, or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the items were flawed during production. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.
